Even older mountain bikes deserve performance brake upgrades from Galfer USA! Today our Bicycle Product Manager, Daryl, transformed this old 29″ hard tail into a hard-stopping beast thanks to a set of our 203mm floating Wave® rotor up front with a 180mm in the rear, complete with colored buttons to complement the frame. For pads we opted for our e-bike pads, which are great for general mountain bike use with good response and longevity! Of course with the bigger rotors we need to some adapters, so let’s get to it!
