Motorcycle Bolt Kits
That Actually Fit, Hold, and Last
Missing fairing bolts. Rusted engine case screws. That one fork clamp bolt you swore you had a backup for, until you didn’t. That’s why we stock motorcycle bolt kits built for actual garage life. No guesswork, no random bins of hardware. Just the fasteners you need, sorted, bagged, and ready to bolt up clean.
Every kit includes pre-sized, bike-matched bolts in standard and metric threads. From plastic panel screws to engine mount bolts, each set is laid out to replace the most failure-prone and commonly lost fasteners on your machine. Thread pitch, flange diameter, length, it’s all spec’d.
We carry fairing bolt kits, engine bolt sets, and universal motorcycle hardware kits so you’re not stuck mid-build or mid-repair hunting for a missing 8x25mm flange head. Whether you’re rebuilding a sportbike, freshening a V‑twin, or just cleaning up crusty fasteners, this is the stuff that saves your sanity.

What’s in a Motorcycle Bolt Kit?
A proper motorcycle bolt kit gives you the fasteners that fail, rust, or vanish—not a bunch of random extras you’ll never use. Each kit includes:
- Metric hex head bolts in common sizes (M5, M6, M8, M10, etc.)
- Flanged and non-flanged heads, depending on application
- Thread-pitch matched nuts and washers
- Plastic bodywork clips, speed nuts, and panel screws for fairings
- Engine cover bolts for side cases, clutch housings, and valve covers
- Rust-resistant finishes like stainless steel or zinc-plated options
- Pre-sorted and labeled bags to make install fast and idiot-proof
Kits are built around common platforms: sportbike, cruiser, dual-sport, ADV (Adventure) motorcycles, and even dirt bikes. You won’t find anything that doesn’t belong, and you won’t be short on what you actually need.

Why You Should Replace Your Stock Bolts

Here’s what happens with stock bolts:
- Threads strip under real torque
- Heads round out on removal
- Rust creeps in underexposed washers
- Plastic push-rivets fail with age and UV

- V-twin cruisers and baggers: We spec sintered pads and thick-profile rotors that stay cool under weight and torque. Think Harley-Davidson® Big Twin, where factory brakes fade fast if pushed.
- Street bikes and commuters: Kits stay quiet and low-dust, tuned for predictable modulation in stop-and-go traffic.
- Sport and ADV bikes: High-bite, fade-resistant kits that survive 2-up canyon runs or off-pavement braking.

- Heat spikes that warp discs
- Pad breakdown and glazing
- Excess vibration or noise
- Rotor scoring and premature wear

- No expansion under pressure
- Sharper lever response
- Faster pad recovery after hard stops
You’re Not Buying Parts, You’re Buying Control
Brakes aren’t flashy, but they’re the one upgrade that proves itself every mile. If your lever goes mushy under heat, or you’ve warped two rotors in one season don’t patch it. Replace the system.

Our brake kits are what you run when the stakes are high:
- Heavy bike + passenger + downhill descent?
- Track day with long braking zones?
- Wet traffic with no room for slop?

Bill SFebruary 13, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 1990 Suzuki VX800 Well, honestly I was just looking at the website to see what they offered and how easy/difficult it would be to get a part for my particular machine. As usual I looked at the menu and utilized their drop down options, and as usual my particular bike was not listed. I usually stop at this point and move on BUT decided to use their "Inquiry Request" form and see how long it would take. Here is were I have to be realistic, this could be a small operation where all the employees and owner/operator are probably working and answer inquiries in the evening, no problems, I can wait. The following day a representative by the name of Stu answered back and stated they did in fact have the specifications for my ride, he listed the item number and price and added if I would like to go thru with the order I can call. He also apoligized for any inconvenience since my bike was not listed, but lets face it folks, if they listed every single bike manufactured since the dawn of time I would be on that site all day. Call I did, it was Stu that picked up and after 30 seconds he knew who I was by motorcycle type. Stu took down what color line and banjo fitting (Natural of course) and of course "CC" and mailing address. He did ask how much of a hurry I was to get the lines. As I stare out the window and see 4" of snow on the ground "sigh"...."Not in a hurry Stu, they get here when they get here". Everything verified via email to include shipping information and within 7 working days 2 beautiful steel braided lines arrived at my door step, box O goodies with stickers too!!....... Now if only Stu can ship the riding season in a box :) NickMay 19, 2023Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Set and forget bicycle brake rotors.
